I found this cool recipe for medicinal fudge square over on the site Big Buds Mag; the author is Lee Leissett who has several other recipes over there that you should check out too.

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons cannabis butter or oil
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts

It works best to use a candy thermometer for this recipe.

Grease or oil a 8 x 8 inch baking pan and set aside.  In a large sauce pan combine the sugar, cocoa and milk. Stir to blend evenly and heat on high until mixture is boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer. Do not stir mixture once heat is reduced. Cook until temperature reaches 240 degrees F. Remove from heat.

Add cannabis butter or oil, vanilla extract and chopped nuts. Mix thoroughly until fudge has lost its sheen. Pour mixture into prepared baking pan and allow to cool. Once completely cooled cut into 1 inch by 1 inch squares.

Here’s the recipe for cannabis butter from the author of the recipe:

I do a water and oil/butter mixture simmering for 8-10 hrs with sugar leaf or bud added. I then strain through cheesecloth. Place the strained mixture in the refrigerator so the oil/butter will harden and separate from the water. If you use butter use the unsalted. I use/prefer coconut oil because of it’s high fat content and superb flavor. Cannabis coconut oil also has many uses besides just baking.
