This Saturday, October 29th, I’ll be in Union NJ at the Barrister Smoke shop hosting @Steelsouls event. At our last event, I was whisked into the center of the floor before I could even get my coat off.

I’ll have a special announcement to make and will be on hand to discuss the difficulties that comes along with running a small business and what steps a small business owner can take to take advantage of the sales power of social media. I’ve been neglecting the real world lately as I finish up my book (shameless plug). I had a tentative release date of November and then got the bright idea to move that date up to October 31st in anticipation of Hell Raiser’s last Black Business Networking Party of the year but as I type this I can assure you that THAT’S not gonna happen.

So, keep an eye out for the ACTUAL release date, you know how I be all over the place sometimes.

If you are wondering what the crowd looks like, we have plenty of pictures from past events…it’s a wild time once the after party starts. Bikers, cigar enthusiasts, shit talkers, and business owners who work hard for the money get next to an open bar and…I digress.

Steve, this evening’s gracious event promoter, tells me the RSVP is already filled to capacity but if you are in the area, the party often spills out into the back deck and sides of the shop, you should definitively stop by and check me out.
